My User state is deleted

Hi

I am the admin of the Adobe account

I can still access the Business area / Admin Hub but I appear to be locked out of the Adobe Learning Manager Area. When I try to log in I get the following message;

An error occurred while processing IMSRedirect request /loginpost, Your user's account is inactive please contact your admin to get the user enabled. Your user STATE is DELETED

I was trying to log in as a learner as some of my employees keep reporting issues with mobile devices on training modules. I was investigating this claim when I was locked out.

Please don't suggest going to Adobe support I was directed here from there.

    Hi @Steve30040649y4oi ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you are trying to access the learner page with a different email credentials than your regular login credentials, then there is a probability that since the browser has cached history of the regular login credentials it hereby throws errors when accessing with new credentials.

Can you use the incognito window of the Google Chrome browser and try to log in? Let us know if you were able to.

The error could also occur when the learner is in the deleted state on the Adobe Learning Manager account.

Because we don't have details of your account, user email id, and admin email id it is hard to locate the actual cause.

You can always write to us at learningmanagersupport@adobe.com with account details in case the incognito option didn't work for you.

    Best Regards,

    Madonna James

    Thanks for replying Madonna,

I will give it a go incognito and come back to you if that doesn't solve it.

    Hi Madonna,

I got in using incognito mode so your instincts were correct. You are my favourite Adobe employee (though that is quite a short list)

I am into the adobe learning manager now in cognito mode, what do I do to prevent this from re-occuring?

    Regards

    Steve
