Navigation buttons not appearing

I have created a training module in Adobe Captivate. When I pull it into Captivate Prime the only the play button appears, so I am able to play and pause but if I want to advance forward or backward slide by slide I have to use the blue bar. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you resolve it? I am uncertain if it is an issue with the presentation I created in Captivate or if it is an issue I have in Prime. I have included a screenshot for reference.

        I also have the same issue.  In Cativpate (HTML file) I am ame able to view the course wth the playback bar.  When I place the course as a self paced course in in Prime, the bar has disappeard.  I just get the play button.  Di I need to  change steeing in my ocurse or in Prime?

      I reached out to support and the response was that we don't see these buttons because of the fluidic player in Captivate Prime. However the fluidic player only allows you to navigate back and forth between separate modules, not content within one training module. The solution was to create your own buttons within your module to navigate between the slides.
