Need help with Cartiport and Adobe Exam

Dear members,
I'm writing here because don't know where else I can find help & solution

To get Adobe's Certification, Adobe forwards us to Certiport where we should purchase an exam voucher and try to pass the exam.

I have a problem Certiport's system has a bug and I didn’t have the apportunity to see my tasks and complete them (I mean the 2d practice part). And as a result of a technical bug my exam status is "Fail"

I’d also like to inform you that this experience is awful - Certiport's support doesn’t work, proctors think that Armenia and Romania it’s the same country, and the FAQ section is unhelpful!

I don’t want to spend a lot of money every time to try to pass the exam because of team and system work awful

The regional partner doesn't work, number & email too

I have sent a text to all emails that I found - no answer and some of them don't work (error from email, but it was on the official web page)

I have a feeling that it’s a huge scam!

Who can help me to resolve it, I don't know maybe someone can contact them or Adobe's team can do something. Because after this awful experience, I don't understand why Adobe delegated certification to these scammers
