Need Help with Publishing Multiple Certifications to Learners

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with publishing different certifications to the learners in my organization using Adobe Learning Manager. At the moment, the learners can only view one type of certification, even though we offer four different types.

For clarity, I have attached screenshots of both my Admin and a Learner Screen. Can someone guide me on how I can make all the certification types available to all learners? Your assistance will be greatly beneficial.

    Thank you for contacting the Adobe Learning Manager Team. 

    If I understood the issue correctly, you have 4 certificates, but learners can view only 1. 

     

    We should be able to fix this using Catalogs. You need to add all the certificates to a catalog and share that catalog with all the users. 

    The screenshot shows that the "Default Catalog" is disabled, and this sample user has access to five catalogs. 

    So, if all four certificates are part of any one or more catalogs, the user should be able to see all of them on the learner page.
