no user found for the given adobeid email

We get an average of 15 emails a week from learners having difficulties enrolling in our Academy. Our current solution is to manually add them, but I would like to discover what can be done to correct the issue without manually adding them.

    Hi @Noel24526014fcnm,

     

    Thank you for contacting Adobe Learning Manager Team.

     

    There are 2 parts to user enrollment to our platform.

    1. Adding the user to our platform using an email address.

    2. The user requires to login into the LMS platform using either SSO login or Adobe ID. 

     

    The error message you are getting is due to step 2 above not being properly done. 

    The easiest way to create an Adobe ID is to

    • visit https://www.adobe.com/ 
    • Click on the "Sign-in" option in the top right corner.
    • Click on "Create an account". 
    • It will ask you to fill out the form and create an Adobe ID for any user. 

     

    Once the user is added to Adobe Learning Manager and has an Adobe ID with the same email, the user can log in to our platform without any issues.
