One of our New Learners did not receive a "Welcome E-Mail"

Two new learners were enrolled in CP at the same time. One received a Welcome E-Mail. The other did not and lost 10 days of their 45 day deadline for completion. Our Training Department helped this learner set-up an Adobe account and training is now underway. Not sure why the problem.

    This has also happened to me. Multiple times learners do not receive the welcome email.
