PDF file download and printing

Hi,

I want to load a pdf workbook onto the LMS for learners that they can download and print out for themselves.

I can't see anywhere that I can set this up in Captivate Prime.

Is this something that can be done within the LMS?

You can add the PDF file in the Resources section under Course Settings in Author Role.

or you can create the Job Aids and share it with your learners. Please check the below link on Job Aids
