Pending approval certificate in Captivate Prime

I created a external certification and the learner atached a file with the certification. This certification is with the state: pending approval. It is supposed that the manager needs to approval the certification. How? i am with the trial version studying the product to be our LMS system. If I change to the manager profile I dont have any notification to approve.

Hi Irene,

thanks for your question. The process to approve the certificate (external cert requires manager approval) - is to first change your role to Manager. Upper right corner, click the profile icon and select manager.

From the manager 'Getting Started' page you'll see a big button center page that says 'Manage.' Click the manage button, and you'll find All of the manager's notifications. You'll see a text that says, Pending Tasks, to the right of the default, 'All notifications' - Click Pending Tasks. Scroll to the bottom to find Certification Approvals.
