Please help: No access to adobe account
I have an old adobe cloud account under the student email of [Email removed by moderator]
I have recently been trying to access that account, but to no avail - despite still knowing my passowrd for the account. Adobe repeatedly tries sending a verification code to verify my log in for the account. The problem is that:
1. [Email removed by moderator] is an old school email account that has recently been disabled by my school after I graduated last year.
2. My handphone number tied to that account [Number removed by moderator] is no longer being used.
I hence, am unable to verify my login into the account and am essentially locked out of it.
I urgently need to check into that account as I've realised that a fee of S$166.92 has recently been deducted from my bank account by Adobe, and want to ensure whether it could have auto-deducted from the account.
I would appreciate if Adobe is able to provide a manned, non-AI helpline/email I can contact to help resolve this issue. Thank you so much.
