Posting SCORM Captivate Project and Register user from .csv document

Question

How to I post a SCORM captivate project? We don't have access to the cloud function (institution disables this function) to just publish from captivate to Adobe Captive Prime so I need to add it another way?

Also, how do I register users from a .csv document or do they have to register themselves and how is this done?

I tried using Moodle and it was a nightmare.

How many users can use in Free version?

If you can't publish directly to Captivate Prime, then publish the SCORM content locally to a zip file.

Then, as an Author in Prime, simply upload the zip file to the account.

Yes, you can absolutely upload a .csv file with user information.
