Presenter > Prime not connecting to publish

Prime trial account is not appearing in the publish drop down menu in Presenter. Found 2 articles below fix did not work.

Found to articles related looked into the registry the string was correct.

Are you able to Publish to Desktop or Adobe Connect? We have a contact that can support you from Adobe if you can Publish, but just can't populate the drop down.

I can publish locally, then upload manually. Just the one click to Prime field is not populated.
