Problem with learning.adobe site

Problem! I cannot upload new projects on the elearning site. Also I can't see the projects I have uploaded in the past.. What is going on?

    Will it be possible to share the links to your posts? I moderate the elearning site and I couldn't find any posts created by your username in the last 5-6 months. Sometimes the Community's media library might show a server error or a file error while uploading projects. Before uploading the zip package make sure that there are not duplicate files or files with broken extensions in your project. You can check this from Captivate's media library.

    Also make sure that reporting is turned off (before publishing) from Publish Settings -> Quiz

    thanks for your reply. I can't upload because my profile isn't visible on the site. My username is maaikeb1122. If I go the my profile I only see this banner.

    My sample projects are not visible and I can't upload a new project... If I go to create a post the button Add captivate project doesn't work

    I have created a lot of projects in my profile the last two years. But my whole library isn't visible anymore

    I am really sorry to hear this. Can you send this as an email to elcommunity1@adobe.com? It'd be great if you can record a short demo of the website's behavior as you try to perform these tasks. It'll help us identify the issue better. 

    Can you check accessing your profile in browser incognito mode and see if it works normally there? If it does then it's probably a cache issue in browser and you'd need to clear your browser cookies and cache once. Let me know if this helps. Thanks!
