Purchasing any extra features

Dear Adobe Learning Manager

Sorry to post here, it's seem your LMS is not what we expect and would like to explore how you serve customer need e,g allow purchasing the extra features (now understanding we have to use current features what LMS provided us even some features is really require and need improvement) From our use for 1 year : we have many unexpected issues noted (some of Issues have received great support from Adobe LMS customer person , some of issues we have never received accurate investigation) 

Please advise LMS policy
