Recover Account History

Hi,

We have a couple of users in the business who had their usernames for the Captivate Prime eLearning portal changed by mistake. Since this has happened, when they login with the new username all their history about courses they have completed, any reports they would have saved etc seems to be lost.


Is there a way to recover that information please?
