(SCORM) Likert responses not showing in report

Question

We are testing out adding L2 surveys using SCORM. The SCORM has Likert questions and a free text question. When I pull the L2 feedback Excel report in ALM, only the responses to the free text question shows in the report, but not the responses to the Likert questions. How do we ensure the Likert responses appear in the L2 report?

Thank you for contacting Adobe Learning Manager Team.

I just tested a Likert question made in Adobe Captivate 2019 and the responses are recorded in the L2 quiz score.

Please take a look at the L2 report from the test.
