Question

SCORM Module Becoming "Other Type" in ALM

Hello All,

I uploaded a SCORM file to the Content Library, then later discovered a navigational mistake (no changes to Quiz Preferences at all). It took me about 5 or 6 tries to resolve the issue, and I was uploading a new .zip file each time into ALM to test it due to the Captivate Preview function limitations.

After the last upload/update, the file type changed in ALM from "Adobe Captivate" to "Other Type" and it will no longer display in the Fluidic Player. I even tried deleting the Module and reuploading it, but it's still coming through as "Other Type" and not displaying.

Has anyone fought with this in Learning Manager before? Any ideas on a solution is much appreciated!
