Secure Access to Dynamic Media URL

Is it possible to expose the assets(eg. Pdf/Assets) to some external application(Non Adobe) in a secured manner using Dynamic Media, the Dynamic Media URLs are available publicly on cloud. Is there any option/configuration available with DM to secure the assets to not make it publicly available and only share the assets for an authenticated flow or for a dedicated client.
Also has someone used the below feature and confirm if this could be helpful in any way:
