Select Catalogs field disappeared after latest release

Prior to the latest changes to Learning Manager, when adding courses, job aids, paths, etc., there was a Select Catalog field. After the changes, that field disappeared everywhere. 

We discovered it was related to the new Custom Compliance Type option. Right now, we don't need catalog labels so we didn't have that setting enabled. As a result, we didn't enable the Custom Compliance Type option as we have almost nothing with compliance deadlines as this point. Unfortunately, we discovered that without Show Catalog Labels and Custom Compliance Type both enabled, the Select Catalogs field disappeared. That is a bug IMO. We had to turn both settings on to get the field back.

    If any of you are like us and did NOT have the Show Catalog Labels checkbox selected under Settings and were able to see the Select Catalogs fields when adding items prior to the July 2024 release, Adobe now says the checkbox MUST BE SELECTED to see the field even if you, like us, have no need whatsoever for catalog labels. Luckily, labels aren't required. The email made it sound like it was always the case that labels need to be enabled, but that is FALSE in our experience!
