Server error when trying to export quiz scores - urgent

Hello,

When trying to export quiz scores of users in a new instance  (not the default instance), the file is exported as random  .json  file.

If I use another course that enrolls users in the default instance,  I can export quiz scores just fine.

This is the error I get in the json file when exporting in the new instance:

This is for a paying client, so it would great if I could get a fast response/fix for this -

    Hi There,

    Greetings..!

    Can you please confirm if the uploaded course was created using Captivate or any other tool ? If Captivate then can you tell me the version of Captivate you are using? Can you try to upload the module again and publish it as a course and check again.
