Question

Should I have multiple Prime accounts if I manage multiple brands?

Is it best practice to open a new Prime account for each client/brand?  Or can we manage everything under 1 account and have each brand's learners log into their own vanity URL and branded site?

Thanks!

    @CastIronDaddy

    Thank you for reaching out. The branding is made at the account level by the administrator of the account and the same reflects for all the learners in that account.
    The learner would later be able to edit his/her profile settings alone.As far as I understand from your use case,it seems like you will need to create multiple accounts OR make use of the peer account feature of Adobe Learning Manager.

    Reference article on peer account setup: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/learning-manager/administrators/feature-summary/peer-account.html.

    Thanks Madonna!  So the typical 3rd party Developer will probably have as many Prime accounts as clients?

    It would totally depend on what the developer is trying to achieve on the client's Adobe Learning Manager account.

    For instance for API testing on the swager page OR a connector integration, an integration admin access would always help.
