Simple Administrative Reports

I've looked around and tried a few things in the reports area but haven't been able to produce a simple administrative report that lists data from my trial LMS.

For example, I just want a simple list of all the active courses. I'd also like a simple list of all of the modules in the system.

Is that possible with the controls we have access to?
