single sign-on problem
I have configured single sign-on through jumpcloud. However according to jumpcloud certain email ID's are not recognized in captivate prime. The same ID's are used in captivate prime so this doesn't make sense. I know this problem is there, but I logged myself out of the captivate prime environment, because I used the single sign-on method for internal users ( so including me). The single sign-on doesn't work so I don't have acces to the platform anymore. Can Adobe turn the login method back to adobe ID?
