    Thank you for your help with this Debiprasad. 

    Since SSO has been implemented some users are receiving the error message below when logging on. Can you let me know if there is a workaround for this?

    Make sure they are using the same email profile on their browser as what domain you setup. They can not be on a different profile then what you setup in Captivate.
