Text Entry Box - Correct Entries Box does not display

Hi! I'm stuck. I can add a Text Entry Box and select Validate User Input, but the Correct Entries Box will not display. I'm following the Captivate Certified Professional Course and I've watched this section of the course 10 times, but cannot see what I'm doing wrong. Everything I can see looks like the instructor's screen. Any guesses why the Correct Entries Box won't appear?

May I know if you run the same Captivate project locally, does it show the correct box as expected? Or is it just an issue on Captivate Prime?

I don't have Captivate Prime. I'm running it locally only and its my only way to access Captivate.
