Transcript doesn't show all info

When printing out a transcript for a learner it was found there are important data missing that's need for reporting. The missing data is 1) Blanks under Modules, 2) Blanks under Enrollment Date, and 3) Deadline. Both courses below  have 4 modules and were assigned 6/22/2017. Both classes have a 30 day deadline.
