Unable to add external learners

Please follow the below steps to register Learners to an External Profile.

1: Once the External Profile is created, you may copy the link from the External Profile as shown below.

2: Share the Link with the Learner.

3: Once the Learner opens the link, he will see a form as shown below. The Learner needs to enter his information in the form.

4: Once the Learner has filled up the details they need to click on Register. This will reigster the Learner to the profile. 

As an Administrator, you can view the registered learner by going to Users > External > Click on the External Profile (Seats Used) hyperlink to view the Learners enrolled to the Profile.

Note:

1: A Learner who is already an Internal Learner cannot register to an External Profile.

2: Any Learner who is already a part of one External Profile cannot register to another External Profile. In case the users profile needs to be changed, then you can go to the profile > Select the Learner > Click on Actions > Change Profile.

Please let me know whether the above steps resolved the issue or not. In case, the steps do not resolve the issue, please share the screenshot of the External Profile that the user is trying to register to and the error that the Learner is getting while trying to register for the profile.
