Unable to view course training video

Is anyone else unable to get the 20-minute video for the Adobe Education and Nonprofit Customer Eligibility (North America) course to play?

 

I've tried clearing my browser cache, closing/reopening the browser, trying different browsers and restarting my computer but nothing works. At this point I'm wondering if the issue is with the site itself, and if that's the case I'd really appreciate if it could be fixed as I need to complete this course asap and I've already done the exam portion of it.

    Thanks for getting back to me, Madonna.

    I had one of my colleagues also try playing the video yesterday and the same thing happened to him, so I've just scrolled to the bottom of my Learner Page like you suggested and clicked on "Contact Admin", which prompted me to send an email to training_system@adobe.com for assistance, which I've gone and done.

    Hi @Jason361559174ho2 ,

    You could possibly inform the administrator of your Adobe Learning Manager account to check if its an issue with the video and if so re-upload a corrected version. (they will know because every learner would then be facing difficulty playing the video)

    If you are the only learner affected by this, then you could try from a different device like your mobile device on a different network. If it's a learner-specific issue, the admin of that ALM account could reset the module for you from the admin interface.

    If you are not aware of who the admins of your Adobe Learning Manager account are, you can find them by scrolling towards the footer of your Adobe Learning Manager learner page.
