Updating a Self-Paced Module

What is the best way to correct a simple typo in a self-paced module?

I have a quiz built in Captivate 9 with a typo. I've made the correction and updated the module in my content library. When I preview the content in the course that contains the module, the update doesn't appear.

Is there a time delay that I don't know about or am I doing something wrong?

Since I updated the most basic component of the content, I expected every course or certification that referred to the quiz would also be updated immediately.

Please advise.
