updating zip file to Captivate Prime doesn't work

Hello, could you help please?

I'm not able to upload a .zip file created in Adobe Captivate 2019 and published to computer as HTML/SWF.

It says "File type could not be added. Please read about static and interactive file types before uploading."

I did read it, but didn't find anything that would help.

To avoid any troubles in the project, I created a new empty project and just published.

Still doesn't work.

Don't you have any idea or recommendation?

Thanks,

Martina

You will click on Publish, in the window that opens click on Others and then on Disabled in the e-Learning option.
When opening the SCORM publishing window, activate project reports and choose the packaging mode and click OK. Then click Publish. It will generate a Zip file with the desired packaging.

    Dear fojool-br,

I moved forward. The reason why it told me the file type is wrong was that I used the same created "content" in the library and tried to upload once static and other time interactive content.

After I created a new one and used your advice, it helped.

    Thank you.

    Hi @Martina260348658uyd

Did you pack as SCORM or xAPI?

How shall I find out? When publishing from Adobe Captivate 2019, I just tick "zip file".

    Thank you for your effort.
