Uploading from captivate tries to create new module

I am using the Publish to Adobe Captivate Prime option in Captivate 2017.  It works fine the first time but when I close the program and re-open to update an existing module it sometimes gives me a new module window and won't update the existing module.  The file names are the same.  Anyone having this problem and know how to fix it.
