Use an Activity module to track OJT?

Question

Is anyone using an Activity module to track OJT? The existing training program that we are working to manage with Cap Prime relies on a fair amount of OJT. In fact, there is a specified amount of time someone must experience OJT before they can be certified. Presently this is managed using a paper-based system that is extraordinarily labor intensive so it is something I'd like to automate.

Thoughts anyone?

We're expecting an expansion to include 1. Instructor role and 2. automation of evaluation input for HOT's etc. to come for mobile device input etc. in an upcoming release. (June or Oct.) I'd strongly encourage you to send a note to the team captivateHelp@adobe.com to describe your HOT workflow situation(s). It's the perfect time to put in your 2 cents about what you want / need in the area.
