User forum for experience exchange or tutor notifications

I wonder if there is a possibility to create a communication platform among users or with their tutor. I think about kind of user forum or even tutor blog allowing postings.

Collaboration in Prime in our road map but this will take time and you may see it in future releases of Prime.
