User import automate from salesforce to Adobe learning Manager

Hi,

I am trying to automate user import from Salesforce to Adobe Learning Manager
After creating a Salesforce account 

Login as integration admin from ALM, Created Salesforce connection provided Salesforce URL

next Import internal users and mapped attributes ( ALM and Salesforce)

After that in ALM log in as an administrator  >>  settings >> data sources 

Sources selected filter Manager and provide values 

Then tried Syc now getting the below error I am not sure I am missing any steps. If any documentation or anyone aware of this error please help me out
