White Screens in Prime

Hello,

I created a course in Captivate and published the course to Captivate Prime. It is a software simulation demo course. It appears that if one of the slides has a recording on the slide of me moving something on the screen it has a flash or two of white screen in Prime when you view the course. I did notice if I rewind the course to playback the slide it will work just fine the second time. It has been doing this behavior for 3 of my coworkers as well. It does not seem to matter if it is a Mac or a Windows machine or which browser we use to view the course. If you have any ideas for how I can fix this that would be great.
