I did a simple rotate grayscale function, because I couldn't find any(?!)

You also may be interested in the Non-Uniform Rotation node. A flat grayscale value will rotate all the image uniformly, then you can play around with variations!

Thanks for sharing, you should set the Sample Gray node in the pixel processor to Bilinear for smoother results.

Good point. Thanks Dave. I added a bilinear option in this one.
