NVIDIA Driver Outdated?

Substance Designer (11.2.0 build 4869 commit 0736fa44 Release (2021-06-21)) throws an error indicating an outdated driver, but the affected workstation has the most recent studio drivers from NVIDIA, using a RTX 3080ti.

 

What is the fix?

Hello,

 

We are unable to reproduce this issue on our side with an Nvidia RTX 2080 GPU and driver version 471.11.

Please send me your log file as a direct message. Thank you for your patience!

 

You can find the file at the following location by default on Windows:

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Designer\log.txt

There seems to be a bug with the driver detection. The Substance team is aware of it:

This is for Painter, but I'd assume it's also affecting Designer.
