I am using Adobe Media Encoder. It gives me error "adobe media encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue" Please help me fix it. Thanks!

I am having the same error on my mac, as soon as I try to start AME, this error message pops up and then the application shuts down. I have tried reinstalling the app, reeboting the system, but nothing works. I really need to use AME. Help me with this issue asap.
