Adobe Media Encoder Not Opening

I believe I installed Media Encoder properly, but whenever I try to open it by itself or through After Effects, it never opens. It always shows the loading screen but after a bit, it just closes. Please, someone, help me.

Hi. That first link is not working for me, the page never loads. I'm using AME on its own, not with Premiered. Every time I try to launch it says Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.

I had the same problem. Tried uninstalling AME and then re-installing it again. That helped.
