Question

Adobe Media Encoder Not Opening

I believe I installed Media Encoder properly, but whenever I try to open it by itself or through After Effects, it never opens. It always shows the loading screen but after a bit, it just closes. Please, someone, help me.

We apologize for the inconvience this issue is causing you. We have identied this to be an issue with unsupported Hardware in the newest version, 14.2.0 of AME and Premiere Pro. But please see the following links for more information and troubleshooting help.

Hi. That first link is not working for me, the page never loads. I'm using AME on its own, not with Premiered. Every time I try to launch it says Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.

I had the same problem. Tried uninstalling AME and then re-installing it again. That helped.
