Export issue for H.264 and HEVC with Media Encoder 23.1

We have identified a file name issue affecting H.264 and HEVC/H.265 exports on Windows with Media Encoder 23.1
 
The issue impacts H.264 and HEVC/H.265 exports to folders with names that use double-byte characters, such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or extended ASCII characters, like accents and umlauts. Affected users will see this message: File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure of %filename.mp4%. Reading and writing this file’s metadata (XMP) has been disabled.
 
We will inform you when a fix is available.
 
If you are experiencing this issue, use one of these options:
  • Choose an export destination folder that uses only single-byte ASCII English characters (no accents, umlauts, etc.)
  • Export to a different format, such as Apple ProRes.
  • For H.264 exports only: disable hardware-accelerated encoding.

    So i guess i fall into the BS too, Where the hell is the SUPPORT Adobe!
    So Media Encoder Strictly Refuses to do its job across 4 of my computers, the main computers have the following hardware

     

     

    GTX-3060 12gb
    2TB of Storage
    it has been around 4 months of not being able to render anything from Media Encoder, nothing i try works, about a week ago there was an update for my Pc and Media Encoder and then i was able to Render one short video, the next day...Nothing! My computer should have no isssues with these Renders as they are just short recordings of my work in Maya. Even when i rebuild the project on a laptop nothing works for me, What is the Deal with Media Encoder?? 
    Does anyone have any clues on how i can get PC Rendering again??
    it sometimes says my usable memory shoots down to between 1 and 3 GB when using media encoder, which makes no sense, This PC is Rather beastly 

    Can somone please help me?? 
    im using current Versions of everything, im trying to Render in H.264 i have tried quicktime, nothing wants work, i have erased the cache, gave media encoder more GB, less GB. 

    please help! im at my wits end with adobe

    Hi, I'm having the same problem and I'm asking if you've been resolved.
    I extracted it from Media Encoder to H.264 using After Effects, and applying all the methods posted on the Internet did not solve the error that the video would not play.
    If you have solved this problem, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the solution.

    Encoder freezes EVERY TIME at about :17-:18 into the encoding and I have a brand new macbook pro M1, running OS Monterey. I've updated PP and ME to 23.1 trying to fix it, but the problem is exactly the same as with the previous version. So upsetting. It has now been 2 1/2 months that I cannot use Media Encoder. I'm sorry Adobe, but this is the last straw! I actually have not had ONE file encoded through Media Encoder yet!

      The problem seems to be more persistent with long sequences. I had to chop a 1hr long videos in 10mins bits. But rendering all the bits together to obtain the 1hr long video back is getting frustrating and it's a nightmare. I have uploaded nvidia drivers, made clean installations of adobe premiere and media encoder. Even though the output file is in the root of a drive (eg. D:), I can't get this 1hr video long rendered properly. Editing and rendering video longer than 10-15mins is a nightmare to me!

        This temporary solution actually works, just save the Media Encoder output file direct to the desktop.
        But you really need to adress this problem quickly, since many user have this problem, and we spend a lot of time in forums, youtube, etc... to find a solution and its not okay when we pay monthly for a program that suddenly not working.
