Default file save location should follow the project folder of the Premiere Work File. It continues to reference by default the same folder over and over that is not relevant.

Not sure if this is intentional or there is a way to change default folder for when render tasks are added to media encoder beta to be the folder where the premiere work file is located. Currently no matter the project file it keeps defaulting to the same irrelevant folder.
