Delay Output preview. Wont start Render/Export

Hello there is a two minute delay for output preview when attempting to render/explort an HEVC 1080p after-effects composition time has already elapsed by the time the preview begins.

I am using a 2019 six core Intel MacBook Pro 16 inch with a 5500 M4 GB graphics card on Mac OS Catalina latest version have a great day
