Dynamic Link Manager stops working after Media Encoder starts rendering queue

Steps to reproduce:
    1. ... Queue several items from After Effects Beta to Media Encoder Beta

2. Start render queue in Media Encoder Beta
 
Result: ... After only one or two items, ME gets stuck at 'Connecting to project' and will not progress any further. Quitting ME and relaunching usually fixes but not always, and you can end up with more than one instance of dynamiclinkmanager.app running

Expected: ... ME should behave as ME 2021 and successfully process each item in the render queue.
