ME Stacks at rendering complex sequence of MoGRTS With Media replaced with video with Lumetri effect

ME Stacks at rendering a first frame of that particular moment where  one of MoGRTS has Media Replacement feature and is replaced with video clip that is nested inside the sequence and with lumetri effects and masks applied for grade. While the Premiere Pro renders it without problem the encoder freezes as it hits the first frame of where media replacement should begin.
