Media Encoder Export is 4x Longer than Premier Beta Direct Export

There is a marked export speed issue with the latest builds of Media Encoder Beta (Versions will be noted at the end) when exporting with Premier Pro Beta, direct

Clip is an Iphone 30 FPS REC709, with Lum color applied, no other effects.

Clip is 5min, 43 seconds

Premier Direct Export is 6 min

Media Encoder is over 21 min

System is using a RTX3090FE

This performance degradation has only been present since after the fix when every export to media encoder was failing, it was working within expecations prior to this, approx a week ago, I cant recall the exact last properly workign version.
