Media encoder exporting whole video rather than "work area bar"

From Premiere Pro Beta, I'll queue a specific part of my video for export via the "work area bar" to Media Encoder, but when actually encoding in Media Encoder Beta, it'll export the WHOLE video despite me specifying only a part of the video. 

No issues when exporting directly from Premiere Pro Beta.
