Media Encoder not installed ??

I have the latest CC as of 2 weeks ago. Installed AA,Pp,Ps,Il and Media Encoder came along for the ride.

I have both ME and the Beta versions showing as installed but the error message (see screen shots) is coming up when I try to bring in a clip from AE to ME ? (both versions)
