More errors in 22.2.0 Build 18

22.2.0 Build 18

So I'm trying to export a 1-hour VHS transfer in 480i to h.264 Match Source Adaptive High Bitrate.

In 22.2 build 18 it runs in fits and starts.  It will crank up processor fan while it writes for 10-15 seconds, then stops for 10-15 seconds. Visual progress in the encoding panel shows the stop/start Graph in Task manager shows processor and GPU running and stopping. After about 5-6 mintues of this up/down start/stop. Eventually, betweek 6-15 minutes into the 60 minute program, the render aborts with the following:

I checked the timecodes on the timeline and there's nothing that would likely cause an error - no cuts, no scene breaks, just a steady shot during those times.

I converted the timeline to 720p and added deinterlace filter, and it did the same thing, taking forever then crashing

I loaded the same timeline into 22.1 and it ran perfectly. Rendered 60 min in under 4 minutes - as I would expect.

I like the new exporter so much, I hate to roll back to the old way.
