overlay of image sequence is part transparent

1. create a sequence in a track in Premiere Pro

2. on a track above. place a PNG or JPG file and extend for a duration ( e.g. 10 secs )

3. export using Adobe media encoder 

4. the overlay is partially transparent. in the exported movie

Expected : no transparency 

If exported directly from Premier Pro, it appears correctly ( without transparency )
