Something that always drives me crazy

Here's something that always drove me crazy, and sometimes caused problems.  It's been present in all builds of AME...

It's the scroll wheel action while scrolling settings.

If I'm scrolling through the video settings, and the mouse happens to pass over one of the dropdown lists, the dropdown list starts scrolling, and if I'm not looking, I've set something where it shouldn't be.

If scrolling the settings, the dropdown lists shouldn't respond unless clicked on, then the scroll wheel could reveal the list.
