スキャンした画像を開けない

Question

複数枚の文書をそれぞれ個別にスキャンして複数のPDFファイルを作成しました。その後、作成したPDFを表示しようとリストの項目をタップしたところ、最後にスキャンしたものを除き、以下のメッセージが表示されPDFを開くことができない状態となりました。リストにはサムネイル画像が表示されているのでスキャン自体はできているはずですが、開かない状況です。どうすればファイルを回復できますか？

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

Looks like Adobe Scan was not able to sync with the Adobe Cloud Storage, thus the error.

Would you mind logging in here: https://adobe.ly/4hLrDsG in the Adobe Scan folder to see if the files are available there?

If yes, try logging out of the application and logging back in and see if you can access the files.
